Responsibilities

• Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Provide information about financial services, such as loan processing or banking options, ensuring clarity and transparency
• Maintain accurate cash management and cashiering procedures, including balancing registers at shift end
• Support customers in using financial software or retail math tools to complete transactions efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, offering solutions that enhance their shopping experience
• Uphold store policies on cash handling, security, and customer confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential
• Basic math skills, including retail math and 10 key typing proficiency, are necessary for accurate transactions
• Familiarity with banking or financial services is a plus, especially in loan processing or cash management
• Strong communication skills to effectively assist diverse customers and explain financial options clearly
• Ability to handle cash accurately, perform cashiering duties confidently, and manage cash handling responsibilities responsibly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in financial software or retail math is advantageous
