What You’ll Be Doing

• Working with provided, in-house leads (no cold calling)
• Learning proven sales skills through hands-on training and mentorship
• Talking with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions
• Building communication, confidence, and professional skills
• Using simple tools to track progress and improve
• Growing into leadership or training roles as you develop (optional)
