Job Summary:

As the most forward-facing member of our team, the Front Desk Associate is responsible for greeting and assisting guests, interfacing with clients and providing overall operations assistance to the manager on duty.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Reception duties at front desk
  • Responsible for greeting guests, check-in and check-out, reservations and concierge services.
  • Answer all incoming phones – must be able to handle multiple calls/phone lines
  • Communication- must be professional, friendly and well-spoken
  • Provide general admin duties; such as copying, filing, faxing, etc. in a timely manner is a must
  • Managing Your Time- must be very organized and be able to multi-task
  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
  • Liaising between operations team in relaying office communications
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
