Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent service in the hospitality industry.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial best practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required during cleaning tasks.
• A commitment to providing exceptional service in the hospitality industry.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
