Full job description

The FB Manager manages all aspects of providing exceptional Food & Beverage experiences to the family and guests. The F&B manager is responsible for all service and dining areas, including all resources that aid in producing quality experiences and quality outcomes in the food and beverage department.

THIS JOB IS IN THE UAE (FUJAIRAH). RELOCATION PROVIDED. TAX FREE INCOME.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certification from a recognised Butler School
  • Level 3 – Food Hygiene & Safety (Supervisors)
  • Level 2 – Allergy Awareness
  • Level 2 – HACCP
  • Safe Chemical Handling
  • Diploma or higher education in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management or Psychology
  • 5+ years’ experience working as a butler at a senior level in a 5* establishment.
  • Experienced in working with VVIP clients with a passion for providing personalised luxury service

  • In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, cleanliness and hygiene
  • Adheres to and ensures team adheres to food safety policies, procedures and practices.
  • Advanced MS office skills – word, excel, outlook, ppt.
  • Report writing.
  • Advanced food /culinary knowledge – able to understand and explain menus and dishes, and prepare the dining area accordingly.
  • Knowledge in beverages – coffees, teas, juices, mocktails
  • Advanced pantry management knowledge.
  • Capable of building and maintaining inventories.
