  • Provide outstanding guest services at the front desk, assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain security by performing routine safety checks of the property, managing access control, and reporting any irregularities or incidents.
  • Prepare detailed shift reports, including guest arrivals/departures, incident logs, and audit summaries for management review.
  • Support guest relations by addressing special requests or concerns with a friendly attitude and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the hotel environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all guests.

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, especially in front desk or night audit roles.
