• Maintain floors through proper care techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and stain removal to ensure a pristine appearance.
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ needs promptly and courteously.
• Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
• Assist with custodial tasks in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, or communal spaces to keep the entire facility tidy and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles; janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management systems or protocols is a plus.
• Previous experience with hotel operations or hospitality environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
