Duties

  • Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, providing timely solutions
  • Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information while ensuring data confidentiality
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to high standards
  • Assist with night audit responsibilities, reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management
  • Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience and satisfaction
  • Uphold hotel policies related to guest relations, safety, and security at all times

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interaction
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with hospitality management principles, guest relations, and hotel operations is advantageous
  • Previous experience in guest services or front desk roles within a hotel environment is highly valued
