Job Summary:


As a Front of House Team Member at Tim Hortons, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and creating a warm and welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Take customer orders accurately and process payments using POS system
  • Prepare hot and cold beverages, baked goods, and other menu items
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, dining area, and condiment station
  • Restock supplies and ensure product availability during shifts
  • Follow all Tim Hortons operational policies and procedures
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
  • Support team members in achieving service and cleanliness standards
