Summary

As an Electrical Dispatcher, you will be integral to coordinating logistics and ensuring efficient communication within the electrical services sector. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will leverage your core skills in dispatching, analysis, and effective communication to manage freight and optimize transportation planning. Your premium skills in GIS and transportation management systems will enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, your relevant experience with industrial electrical work and power tools will support your understanding of the technical aspects of the role, ensuring seamless service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the dispatch of electrical equipment and personnel to job sites efficiently.
• Utilize logistics and transportation management systems to optimize routes and schedules.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients via phone and email to ensure clarity on job requirements.
• Analyze data related to dispatch operations and make informed decisions to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and equipment usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all dispatch activities.
