P/T Customer Service Position in a successful and busy office located in Chatsworth

Details:
– $17.87 /Hour

– 2 Part Time Positions Available – 5 Days Per Week, Monday-Friday each week:
2 openings available
1:00pm-6:00pm each day (25hrs/wk)

Must have:
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Basic computer skills (MS Applications; WORD, EXCEL, ETC.)
– Knowledge and use of OUTLOOK
– Prior office experience
– Some background in social media marketing is a plus
– Some background in scheduling appointments is a plus

Must be:
– Punctual, have reliable transportation and excellent attendance
– Highly dependable

Seeking a professional, courteous, and friendly person that can provide exceptional customer service. You must be able to speak English clearly, use proper grammar and be pleasant on the phone and in-person.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through effective communication and phone etiquette.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone and email.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word, for documentation and reporting.
  • Assistance with basic social media postings and replies
