Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in-store and over the phone with product inquiries, sales, and purchases.
• Provide excellent customer service by helping customers find the perfect furniture pieces for their homes.
• Process transactions quickly and efficiently.
• Work closely with a supportive team to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with new offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with customers both in-person and on the phone.
• Quick learner who adapts to new processes and systems easily.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
• A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• A college degree is a plus, or currently pursuing one.
