Call Center Agent

Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Call Center Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to schedule appointments for a well-known home improvement company serving the Pacific Northwest

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you haven’t worked in a call center before, that’s okay — we’re happy to train the right candidate!

Pay Details:

  • Starting pay: $18.00/hour
  • Performance evaluation after the first 30 days
  • Opportunity for a pay increase based on performance
  • Weekly pay + bonus opportunities
  • Note: This position does not offer benefits at this time

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with homeowners
  • Accurately record call details and appointment information
  • Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone
  • Work closely with the scheduling team and management to maintain a smooth workflow
