We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Call Center Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to schedule appointments for a well-known home improvement company serving the Pacific Northwest
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you haven’t worked in a call center before, that’s okay — we’re happy to train the right candidate!
Pay Details:
- Starting pay: $18.00/hour
- Performance evaluation after the first 30 days
- Opportunity for a pay increase based on performance
- Weekly pay + bonus opportunities
- Note: This position does not offer benefits at this time
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule and confirm appointments with homeowners
- Accurately record call details and appointment information
- Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone
- Work closely with the scheduling team and management to maintain a smooth workflow

- Clear and confident phone presence
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Reliability and consistency with attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
