  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Excel.
  • Organize files, maintain office supplies inventory, and ensure the workspace remains tidy and organized.
  • Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, calendar management, and basic bookkeeping responsibilities.
  • Assist with clerical duties like filing, photocopying, proofreading correspondence, and supporting customer support efforts.

Experience

  • Prior office or clerical experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with phone etiquette, customer service, or personal assistant duties is advantageous.
