Marks & Harrison currently has an immediate opening for a full-time Receptionist in our fast-paced Richmond, VA office.
This position is 100% onsite, and will be a shift from either 8 AM – 5 PM, or 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with an hour for lunch.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming calls
- Greet clients and visitors
- Facilitate incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide exceptional customer service
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in handling a high call volume and multiple phone lines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- The desire to work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and personal transportation
- The ability to read, write and speak English. Spanish a plus.

Employees must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
