Primary Duties:

• Aid clients in purchasing, selling, and leasing properties.
• Exhibit a range of properties to buyers to assist them in finding the ideal property.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the real estate market.
• Handle incoming/outgoing calls from prospective clients.
• Efficiently address client inquiries, issues, and objections.
• Showcase properties and provide market expertise
• Negotiate sales and rentals
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Stay updated on market trends and regulations

Employment Type:

• Commission-Based

Essential Qualifications:

• Outstanding English communication skills (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
• At least 1-2 years of experience in any sales field (UAE) will be preferred.
• Possession of a valid driving license is a plus point
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Only Dubai-based candidates will be assisted
