JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Serve Tea and Coffee to Staff and office Visitor
  • Clean office kitchen/Office on daily basis
  • Should be able to operate Office Accessories like Photocopy Machine, Printers, Scanners, etc.
  • Maintains the stock supplies of pantry items and stationery.
  • Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the office and rest room at all times.

Prepares tea, coffee for guests and visitors

  • Flexibility
  • Excellent Hygiene Etiquette & Practice
  • Candidate should be presentable
  • Experience as a Office assistant is a must
  • Organize office and assist the employees
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  • Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Should Know how to operate Coffee Machine.
  • Preference: English Speaker
