JOB DESCRIPTION
- Serve Tea and Coffee to Staff and office Visitor
- Clean office kitchen/Office on daily basis
- Should be able to operate Office Accessories like Photocopy Machine, Printers, Scanners, etc.
- Maintains the stock supplies of pantry items and stationery.
- Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the office and rest room at all times.
Prepares tea, coffee for guests and visitors
Expected Skills
- Knowledge of Pantry appliances
- Punctuality
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Flexibility
- Excellent Hygiene Etiquette & Practice
- Candidate should be presentable
- Experience as a Office assistant is a must
- Organize office and assist the employees
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Should Know how to operate Coffee Machine.
- Preference: English Speaker
