Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and proactive Front Desk Receptionist with strong administrative experience to join ICC Group. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Desk Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
Administrative Support
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders when required.
- Support HR and Admin teams with scheduling, filing, and record management.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, conference rooms, and travel arrangements.
- Handle basic data entry and maintain updated contact records.
Other Duties
- Provide support in arranging company events and staff activities.
- Act as a point of contact for internal inquiries and office-related requests.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
- Being present in the office until cut off time is a must.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Professional appearance and customer-service oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain a positive, helpful attitude.
