Enrollments Advisor

Duties and Responsibilities Enrollments Advisor:

  • Contributing to growing student numbers by achieving trimester intake targets
  • Increasing SAE’s profile in the region by means of growing our schools and career counselor database and facilitating at least 6 touchpoints per contact per year.
  • Applying exemplary customer service while interacting with our customers in a professional manner, in line with our brand and values.
  • Having a clear and deep understanding of the SAE Brand, our values, USP and market positioning, and being able to communicate this in a clear and compelling way.
  • Candidates should have excellent sales, customer service and influencing skills in order to drive admissions and enrolments and have the ability to build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Communicate with prospective students via call campaigns, emails regarding the Program.
  • Guide qualified leads through the admissions process until registration.
  • Ensure a smooth customer journey in the recruitment process from lead or inquiry to admissions and orientation.
  • Effectively follow departmental lead management guidelines for all leads.
  • Utilize database tools to efficiently track each interaction and the progress of all assigned leads.
  • Update Salesforce to reflect accurate information
  • Achieve daily efficiency metrics pertaining to talk time, contacted leads, application processing etc.
  • Achieve enrollment targets assigned per quarter
  • Effectively communicate industry trends, quality of leads, and program updates for appropriate cross-functional and departmental team members.
  • Weekly reporting & analysis of enrollment numbers and performance data and discuss creative solutions to enhance team performance.
  • Conducting campus tours in line with student recruitment initiatives
  • Monitor application process to ensure effective communication in tandem with application deadlines.
  • Implement an email cultivation strategy designed to re-engage leads that have fallen to inactive statuses.
  • Participation in events including all stages of planning and execution

Additional responsibilities:

  • Ad-hoc requests for conducting campus tours and assist with admin
  • Complete internal and external projects
  • Ensure the successful completion of KPls as per SAE’s annual objectives
  • Expand own knowledge to potentially be able to keep up to date with new products, techniques and trends
