• Assist customers with product demos and upselling to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures accurately and securely
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting remote customers
• Support inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory checks
• Engage customers in product knowledge sharing to promote additional sales and store promotions

Experience

• Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
• Supervising experience is a plus, especially in guiding team members or managing customer service standards
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey product information and assist customers confidently
• Experience in grocery store or retail environments is advantageous for understanding fast-paced settings
