Housekeeping/Cleaning Supervisor

A General Contracting and Maintenance Company in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a Housekeeping/Cleaning Supervisor to lead and manage a team of cleaners across various client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping/cleaning staff.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to high standards and on schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality control.
• Train and guide new and existing staff on procedures and safety protocols.
• Manage attendance, staff performance, and resolve any on-site issues.
• Maintain supplies and ensure equipment is properly used and stored.

Requirements:

• Must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi.
• Preferably 35 years old or below.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in housekeeping/cleaning.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple sites and work under pressure.
