Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and handle the check-in process efficiently.
  • Manage guest reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software.
  • Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and assist guests with inquiries or special requests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing guest needs.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively to enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
