Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Chief of Staff / Executive Office Manager to serve as the Managing Director’s right hand. This role is central to ensuring that all daily operations run smoothly — from office to field, morning opening to end-of-day closure. The right candidate will coordinate across teams, customer service, inventory, and vendor management, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the Managing Director in overseeing daily operations.
  • Supervise team members including drivers and office support staff.
  • Monitor bookings, customer service, and operational reporting.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure service standards are consistently met.
  • Track daily performance and escalate issues proactively.
  • Close the office daily, ensuring all operational tasks are completed.
  • Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years’ experience in hospitality, facilities management, or business operations.
  • Strong multitasking and leadership abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent communication in English.
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable with booking/CRM or operations software.
  • Highly dependable, discreet, and able to make independent decisions.
