Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours. You will ensure that the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and inviting while also preparing and serving food items. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present breakfast items in accordance with established standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, utensils, and food stations
• Set up and replenish food displays as needed throughout the breakfast service
• Assist guests with their dining needs, ensuring a pleasant experience
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to food safety guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly
• Perform cleaning duties, maintaining overall cleanliness of the dining area

Skills

• Previous kitchen experience or culinary training preferred
• Strong food preparation skills with knowledge of food safety practices
• Experience in food service or hospitality environments, including restaurant or hotel settings
• Excellent communication skills and etiquette for guest interactions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Skills in meal preparation, cooking, and serving are highly desirable
• Knowledge of dietary needs and food handling regulations is beneficial
