Recon Wear has been contracted with the U.S. Army for basic training custom platoon and battalion gear, and official Army PT gear since 2004. We have been working with each U.S. Army Basic Combat Training Unit at Fort Benning, helping them to design and produce their official Platoon gear. This artwork helps commemorate the beginning of their Army career and ensures that they will never forget their BCT/AIT experience, battle buddies, or the Drill Sergeants that helped mold them into the Soldiers they have become. Our guiding principle has always been to employ the “core values” at every opportunity with soldiers and civilians alike.

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused individual to manage one of our retail store locations on Fort Benning while also supporting customer service operations for online orders. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience to both civilian and active-duty customers.

What You’ll Do

Retail Store Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain a professional retail storefront on Fort Benning
  • Manage inventory control for all store products
  • Fold, roll, stock, and organize merchandise
  • Assist customers with product selection and purchases
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Customer Service & Online Order Support

  • Answer phone calls related to customer inquiries and orders
  • Assist with online order management
  • Update internal tracking systems and timelines for orders
  • Coordinate order details with the production team to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment
