Due to a high consumer demand, J T & Associates is expanding and looking to hire motivated individuals to join our dynamic team is a Customer Service/Sales Representative. Immediate openings in our Perry office, become the vital link between our company and our valued clients! We are seeking to open up 10 more outlets in the greater central and east Michigan markets within the next 12-18 months! We specialize in advanced American made air purification systems that dramatically improve indoor air quality helping those with asthma, allergies, and other breathing conditions. In this energetic role, you will engage with customers through various channels, providing exceptional support while actively promoting our products and services. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, will help us deliver memorable experiences that foster loyalty and drive sales!

Our team works in a fun, upbeat, professional environment assisting customers, setting appointments, and demonstrating how our technology outperforms the competition. No experience is required- we provide full company training with fast advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

-Assist customers by phone and in person

-Schedule and manage appointments

-Set up and present product display

-Support events, flyers, contests, and community outreach
