We are looking for an experienced Senior Auto Mechanic who can diagnose vehicles accurately and assign repair tasks to mechanics accordingly. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in multi-brand vehicles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure high-quality and timely repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate diagnostics for mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Assign jobs to mechanics based on skills and workload.
• Supervise repair work to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Support the team with complex repairs when required.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations to the service advisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of automotive repair experience (multi-brand preferred).
• Strong diagnostic skills using advanced tools and equipment.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Diploma/Certificate in Automotive Technology (ASE or equivalent preferred).
