Job Summary:
As an HSE Officer, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies and practices within the company. You will ensure that the workplace complies with safety regulations and standards, and that all employees are trained on the necessary safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental programs to promote a safe workplace.
- Provide HSE training and support to all employees.
- Identify and assess potential hazards or risks within the workplace.
- Assist in accident investigations and ensure proper documentation of incidents.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Maintain records of safety inspections, training, and certifications.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as needed.
- Advise management on HSE matters and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in FM.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and industry standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, etc.) is a plus
Should have very good communication skill and fluency in English.
