Hudson Homeworks is looking for a shop assistant to support our refinishing and upholstery team.

This is a hands-on role inside a working furniture studio. You’ll be involved in real projects and have the opportunity to learn the trade from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting with furniture prep (cleaning, sanding, stripping)
• Helping with upholstery breakdown and setup
• Moving and organizing pieces in the shop
• Supporting daily workflow and keeping the space organized
• General shop tasks as needed

What we’re looking for:

• Reliable and willing to work
• Comfortable with hands-on, physical work
• Good attitude and attention to detail
• Interest in learning a skilled trade (not required, but a plus)
