Join our dynamic construction team as a Concrete Finisher Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into solid, durable structures! Duties

• Assist with concrete pouring, finishing, and smoothing to achieve level surfaces and desired textures.
• Operate hand tools and power tools such as trowels, screeds, mixers, and grinders to prepare and finish concrete surfaces.
• Support rebar installation and placement to reinforce concrete structures according to schematics and blueprints.
• Handle heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining proper posture and technique to prevent injury.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support project accuracy.
• Aid in the setup of forms, frames, and scaffolding for concrete pouring and finishing operations.
• Maintain a clean work environment by removing debris, cleaning tools, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

Skills

• Mechanical knowledge of construction tools, equipment operation, and maintenance.
• Experience with concrete forming, finishing techniques, and concrete pumping systems.
• Familiarity with rebar installation, metal stud framing, masonry, stucco application, and tile laying.
• Ability to read blueprints or schematics for accurate project execution.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operation including mixers, lifts, or other machinery used on-site.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites including heavy lifting and working at heights.
