Bar Assistant – Event Beverage Team

Position Type: Contracted / Event-Based
Pay: $18/hr + tips (paid after events)
Schedule: 6–10 hour shifts, based on event needs

Stir Beverage is looking for a dependable and hardworking Bar Assistant to join our event team. This is a contracted, event-based position ideal for someone looking for flexible work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be part of weddings, private parties, and special events held all over the island, so reliable transportation is a must. No experience is needed — we’re happy to train the right person. There are also opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within the company for motivated team members.

Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders during events
• Stock and restock bar supplies
• Carry ice, beverages, and equipment
• Help with setup and breakdown
• Keep bar areas clean and organized
• Support the team to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry heavy items regularly
• Reliable transportation is required
• Punctual, dependable, and hard-working
• Able to work long shifts on your feet
