Job Summary

Guests love our suites, and we need you to use your skills to ensure the hotel is a success! As a Room Inspector, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, such as public areas and guest rooms. If you have experience in housekeeping management, custodial work, or industrial cleaning, and possess excellent attention to detail and time management skills, we encourage you to apply. Sundays are mandatory.

Duties

• Assist with coordinating the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Assist with training new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards
• Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and maintenance needs, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement
• Assist with monitoring inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, laundry services, and custodial equipment to optimize operational efficiency
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high-quality service within the housekeeping department
• Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, laundry processes, and custodial practices
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate teams, and foster a positive work environment
• Prior experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with other departments and address guest needs clearly
• Physical stamina to perform routine cleaning tasks and oversee operations in various settings
