A reputable clinic in the Ajman is seeking Receptionist/Customer service

Fluent in Arabic and English plus Experiance in Medical center.

Responsibilities include:

– Scheduling appointments between doctors and patients.

– Generating Invoice & collecting payments.

– Communicating with doctors and nurses to understand and serve patients needs.

– Answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

– Greeting and attending to patients both in person and over the phone.

– Communicating medical results to patients under clinical supervision.

– Providing professional assistance to doctors, staff, visitors, and patients.

– Possessing basic knowledge of health insurance .

– Assisting with admissions/treatment according to agreed protocols.

– Maintaining confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information.

– Adhering to policy and procedures in all activities.
