Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort across our hospitality environment. Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff by providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and efficient workforce.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and safety procedures aligned with hospitality industry standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Manage guest requests related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally to enhance overall guest experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or event setups while maintaining daily service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervising or management experience in housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong background in cleaning techniques, janitorial practices, laundry operations, and custodial services.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies; experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to develop efficient schedules and workflows.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use; commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Previous experience in housekeeper management or hospitality leadership roles is a plus.
