What You’ll Do

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the face of our hotel. You’ll greet guests, process check-ins and check-outs, assist with reservations, and ensure each guest has an outstanding stay.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Welcoming guests with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Checking guests in and out efficiently
  • Managing reservations and cancellations
  • Coordinating guest requests with other hotel departments
  • Providing information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Handling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a positive attitude
  • Supporting team members to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a reliable, energetic candidate who is passionate about guest service and eager to grow within our team.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience required
  • 1+ year of hotel front desk experience preferred
  • Hilton brand experience (PEP experience is a plus!)
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
