Housekeeper

The Plaza Hotel Milwaukee is a bustling historic hotel that caters to locals and visitors alike. We are a fast-paced hotel that has a unique draw to guests because of how close we are to all the great amenities that Milwaukee has to offer, yet still offers the feel of a great escape from the day-to-day life. The Plaza Hotel prides itself on being Milwaukee’s exclusive Pied-à-terre.

We are seeking warm, passionate, team orientated candidates to join our family. Qualified candidates must be as passionate about making the guests feel like they are at home as we are. All our team is responsible for ensuring our guest’s experience is a warm and friendly one. Team members are expected to work alongside other team members and/or be able to stay on task while working alone.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Responsible for cleaning of guest rooms as well as public spaces in the hotel and assistance in laundry is occasionally.
• Replenish closet and ensure products are supplied and maintained in a fresh and welcoming manner.
• Work independently and multi-task.
• Communicate any maintenance needs to the proper department.

PREFERRED:

• Lift, carry or otherwise move up to 15 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Must be able to work independent and multi-task.
• Ability to work on your feet for eight hours per day.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not necessary.
