We are seeking a passionate and polished Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team with confidence, strategic insight, and a relentless focus on guest satisfaction.

Position Summary
As the Front Office Manager, you will serve as the face of the resort and a pivotal leader within our operations team. You’ll oversee the day-to-day front office operations, drive team performance, and ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures—all while upholding the elevated standards of our award-winning property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire the Front Desk, Guest Services, and Bell teams to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Oversee all front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, billing, and guest inquiries.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the guest experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment and service consistency.
  • Monitor and manage front office budgets, labor forecasting, and key performance indicators.
  • Handle guest escalations with diplomacy and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and training to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Champion the resort’s standards, brand values, and Forbes/AAA service expectations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive front office experience, including 2+ years in a management or supervisory role.
  • Previous experience in a luxury resort or five-star hotel environment is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing departmental budgets.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and guest service skills.
  • Proficient in hotel PMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Our current need for this role is for night coverage
