Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Landscape Gardener that is dedicated to creating and maintaining stunning outdoor environments. In this role, you will bring outdoor spaces to life through gardening and yard maintenance. Your enthusiasm for creating beautiful, healthy landscapes will help transform our expansive three-building property. This flexible position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop your skills, and contribute to inspiring landscape projects.

Responsibilities

• Plant and maintain a variety of flowers and shrubs to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for planting, trimming, edging, and other landscaping tasks
• Conduct regular landscape maintenance tasks such as watering gardens and weed control
• Collaborate with team members to plan landscape designs and execute projects that meet client specifications and environmental standards

Skills

• Knowledge of horticulture principles, gardening techniques, and landscape maintenance practices
• Proficiency in using hand tools (shovels, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, blowers) safely and effectively
• Familiarity with lawn care routines
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in landscaping and horticulture

Qualifications

• Previous experience in yardwork and landscaping preferred
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and remain active throughout entire shift
• Have reliable transportation
