The Flagstaff Embassy Suites, proudly managed by Baywood Hospitality, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Laundry Attendant to help keep our hotel clean, fresh, and guest-ready. If you are open to cross-training as a Houseperson, we would be able to offer full time hours!

Laundry Attendants play an essential role in the guest experience by ensuring all hotel linens, towels, and uniforms are cleaned, organized, and ready for use. If you take pride in your work, enjoy staying active, and want to be part of a supportive team where your efforts truly matter, we’d love to meet you. Prior laundry or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right candidates.

What You’ll Do

Keep Our Guests Comfortable & Happy

Wash, dry, and fold hotel linens, towels, and other laundry items according to brand and Baywood standards
Ensure all linens are clean, fresh, and ready for guest use
Inspect laundry items for stains, damage, or wear and remove items that do not meet standards
Maintain an organized and efficient laundry operation

Support Housekeeping & Hotel Operations

Deliver clean linens and towels to housekeeping areas as needed
Collect and sort dirty linens from housekeeping carts and designated areas
Assist with linen inventory and organization
Follow proper use of laundry chemicals and equipment

Teamwork & Professionalism

Work collaboratively with housekeepers, supervisors, and other team members
Maintain a positive, respectful attitude at all times
Follow all safety, security, and cleanliness procedures

Additional Responsibilities

Assist with occasional housekeeping or cleaning tasks if needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room and equipment
Perform other duties as assigned
