McCase Law Firm, PLLC. has an immediate opening for a reliable and detail-oriented Legal Secretary / Administrative Assistant in our Parkersburg office. This is a key position within the firm, ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and able to handle a fast-paced legal environment. Primary Responsibilities: Answering and directing phone callsScheduling and calendar management. Drafting correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents. Client intake and file managementMaintaining organized physical and electronic files. General administrative and office support.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior law office experience (strongly preferred) Experience with bankruptcy matters is a major plusFamiliarity with Best Case Bankruptcy software is highly desirableStrong typing and document formatting skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)Excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismPosition Details:Full-time position.
