Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our Office Manager with daily administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintaining and organizing personnel and client files
  • Process and track paperwork and documentation
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager
  • Perform other office tasks as needed to support daily operations

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
