Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly attitude and assist them in a courteous manner as they enjoy breakfast offerings
• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, beverages, and snacks, adhering to food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations
• Replenish food supplies and beverages promptly to ensure a continuous flow of service
• Monitor dietary restrictions and special requests to accommodate guest needs effectively
• Assist with food presentation and setup for buffet-style or plated breakfast service
• Follow all food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fine dining or food industry settings is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Experience serving guests in banquet or catering environments is a plus
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred; barista experience is advantageous
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Food handling certification or dietary aide experience is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
