Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information regarding hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
  • Respond to phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple phone systems.
  • Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Proficiency in guest relations and hotel operations is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills are required.
  • A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential traits for this role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus.
