Duties

• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing with care and efficiency.
• Maintain floors through proper care techniques including carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and sanitation procedures to keep surfaces pristine.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to ensure all areas are well-equipped at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ needs promptly and professionally.
• Follow established sanitation protocols to prevent contamination and promote a healthy environment.
• Assist with custodial tasks related to commercial or hotel cleaning operations as needed to support overall facility maintenance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry handling.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or guests.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies used in commercial or residential settings.
• Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus but not required.
