Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across our hotel properties, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a comfortable and pristine atmosphere that guests will remember.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all assigned areas, including kitchens and bathrooms
• Care for flooring through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care procedures to ensure safety and appearance
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure rooms are fully equipped for guest needs
• Follow safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures to promote a healthy environment for guests and staff
• Assist with custodial tasks in common areas, ensuring they remain tidy and inviting at all times

Experience

• Previous experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and janitorial equipment preferred
• Experience with floor care methods including carpet cleaning and floor polishing is a plus
• Customer service skills that enable friendly interactions with guests and team members
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety regulations related to cleaning practices
• Housekeeping management or supervisory experience is advantageous but not required
• Must pass a background check.
