Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, inquiries, and reservations.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for managing invoices and financial transactions.
  • Coordinate calendar management for appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Provide information about local attractions, services, and hotel amenities to enhance guest experiences.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service role; previous front desk or hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on providing high-quality service.
  • IHG Experience is a plus.
