As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the vibrant face of our hospitality team, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. Your role will be pivotal in creating memorable experiences through exceptional customer service and attention to detail. You’ll manage front desk operations, assist with guest inquiries, and contribute to a positive atmosphere that embodies our commitment to outstanding hospitality.

What you’ll do

  • Welcome guests with a warm smile and provide them with all necessary information about their stay.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in hotel laundry and complementary breakfast operations.
  • Utilize multi-line phone systems to answer calls professionally and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest services and transactions in our hotel management system.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that all guest needs are met seamlessly.
  • Foster strong guest relations by anticipating needs and providing personalized service.
  • Keep our complimentary breakfast stocked and clean.
  • Wash, dry and fold towels and sheets.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous hotel experience is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
  • Familiarity with hospitality management software is beneficial but not mandatory.
