Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere while preparing and serving a variety of breakfast offerings. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable mornings for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your food service skills in a fast-paced, friendly environment committed to excellence.

Currently seeking full time. Monday – Friday. 5am – 1pm.

We can also consider part time. Monday – Friday. 5am – 10am

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast items with attention to presentation, quality, and food safety standards
• Set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are replenished and properly displayed
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu options, and accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment
• Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed, following proper hygiene protocols
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or special requests
• Support catering or banquet functions by assisting with food setup and service when required

Skills

• Proven experience in fine dining or food service environments with a focus on breakfast or buffet service
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Knowledge of serving techniques and food presentation standards
• Ability to handle food preparation tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards
• Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus
• Familiarity with food handling regulations and food safety practices in the food industry
• Barista experience or hospitality background is advantageous for creating a welcoming atmosphere
