Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate will manage the sales team, ensure excellent customer service, maintain product displays, and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations
• Lead and support the sales team to meet targets
• Ensure a high standard of customer service
• Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Prepare sales reports and assist with strategic planning

Requirements:

• Proven retail or showroom management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-oriented with a sales-driven mindset
• Knowledge of inventory and POS systems is a plus
