Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests during late-night hours with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments to ensure accuracy.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with professionalism and positive attitude.
  • Prepare detailed shift reports documenting financial activities, incidents, and operational issues encountered during the night.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries from guests and staff efficiently.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs or facility concerns that arise overnight.

Skills

  • Proven experience in front desk or night audit roles.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and proficiency with multi-line phone systems for seamless communication.
  • Exceptional attention to detail for accurate financial audits and record keeping.
  • Excellent guest relations skills combined with professional phone etiquette to create positive guest interactions.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining a friendly demeanor during late-night hours.
  • Familiarity with hotel environments, along with a solid understanding of hospitality standards and guest services.
  • Opera Cloud- pms system knowledge is a plus
  • Quore- application knowledge is a plus
